This shop was recommended to me by people I trust for my wife's 2018 Escape rebuild. We dropped it off, they came back with some further issues which was fine. It did take about a week and a half longer than promised but we were like ok, no problem. When we went to pick it up, it had a code that the auxiliary coolant pump was malfunctioning. So they took it back, and took pictures of chewed wires, and I also noticed there were shells and trash all inside in the engine compartment. When they got the wires repaired, the code didn't go away. I looked online to Escape groups and they were screaming that the transmission auxiliary pump and the coolant pump have the same connector, and when reassembled they get confused often. I mentioned this to the tech and he blew me off. After another couple of days, they could not fix and said you're on your own. I wasn't happy but needed the car on the road so I would explore repair myself, and it wasn't a critical component that needed immediate attention. When I had time later, I switched the connectors, reset the computer, and voila no more code! That was disappointing. Then, about a couple of weeks later, the driver's side axle started to get n

They were very professional and friendly. They gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and my best course of action. Extremely happy with the overall process. They took time to talk to me even when the conversation strayed from my transmission. Best experience I've had with a shop. Highly recommend them and will definitely have them do the preventive maintenance on my transmission.

The folks over at A team transmission are amazing! Not only was the repair done faster than expected but Caleb the manager even got it done for less than expected. I highly recommend them for any transmission issues you need repaired. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.

I rarely leave one star reviews, so you better believe when I do they are warranted. I own a 1991 Buick Reatta. It is my winter driver and while cosmetically , it is not perfect, mechanically it is or at least it was till you started to work on it. I purchased this car from the former president of the Buick of Club of America , so it has been well maintained. The transmission started to randomly slip, still drivable but I had to manually shift the automatic transmission. I took it to Bill the owner of Lind Automotive because he is trustworthy and has worked on this car under the previous owner and I wanted it fixed before it caused any damage to the transmission and/or left me stranded on the highway. He said he didn't do transmission work but he has used these guys for 7 years , no issue. He does not think that today because of what has occurred. Mind you, the car was still driving down the road. I gave Bill the keys and left. You had my car over 5 months, one excuse after the other. Now to be fair , it is difficult to find parts sometimes and they do send the wrong parts from the auto parts store. I have also experienced this. You then told me that the c
